P.T.A. Minutes
GENERAL MEETING KEY POINTS
This years first general meeting was October 1st at WES. Thank you Mrs. Hansell for allowing the PTA to use your new classroom!!! Many topics were discussed including the budget, financial update, family nights and fund raisers.
The PTA has a family night planned for every month except June. They are scheduled as the following:
- October 23 - Trick or Trunk
- November 13 - Zumba
- December 11 - Craft night
- January 8 - White elephant bingo
- February 11 - Italian dinner and silent auction
- March 5 - Laser light show
- April 16 - Dance
- May 14 - Movie night
The PTA has decided to not have a fall fundraiser this year. A silent auction and spring fund raiser will be done to help provide transportation for the all school field trip this spring.
